How it works
Four steps. The first one is a file upload.
We start from the calls your agents already answered, so there is nothing to integrate and no test suite to write. Probing a live agent is available and is deliberately last: it is the only step that needs your engineers.
Setup, in full
- Upload
- WAV, MP3, M4A or OGG recordings from any vendor.
- Or connect
- Twilio or an S3 bucket, once, and new calls arrive on their own.
- Your roster
- Add the agents who answer this line. Unlimited on every plan.
- Your systems
- Untouched. No code change, no SDK, no staging environment.
- Then
- Nothing. The first report lands without a setup call.
Step 1 · minutes
Send the calls you have
Upload WAV or MP3 from any vendor, or connect Twilio or S3 once. Say who answered each one, or let a filename pattern do it.
Step 2 · automatic
Every call judged
The same policy and safety checks on every call, whoever answered. A check that cannot apply to a given agent is marked as not applying, never failed against them.
Step 3 · same session
Read it per agent
A scorecard and a ranked failure list for the line, and the same again for any one agent on it, month by month.
Then · optional
Probe it on purpose
Adversarial scenarios against your live agent: accent stress, interruptions, pressure. This one needs an endpoint or a Vapi or Retell key.
What you get
A report you, or your vendor, can act on the same day.
The scorecard
Completion, latency, hallucinations, compliance, accent coverage.
The failure feed
Each failure graded and linked to its recording and transcript lines.
The fix list
Every finding addressed to whoever can actually fix it.
The control map
Each finding tied to a named control in the EU AI Act, OWASP LLM Top 10, NIST AI RMF or HIPAA.
